The following T&Cs are applicable to all products/services offered by glossyMATTER LLC.
Our Guarantee
Your purchase is protected by a 100% money back guarantee covering the price you paid for the product for a period of 30 days from the date of your original purchase and we have not started production of your website. Production of your site begins when you submit the “Get to Know You” questionnaire.
Customers must e-mail or call our support department (contact info is shown below) within 30 days from your original purchase date.
Once a return is received or valid refund request submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card or mailed in check form to the billing name and address.
You have Thirty (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund. Any refund requests received after the Thirty (30) DAY time limit will not be recognized.
Payment Options
The most efficient form of payment is through PayPal.
However, we can accept checks with the following caveats:
Orders placed with a check may take up to 10 business days to process. Once processed, the order will be completed and the product will be released.
All returned check will be charged a $25 USD return check fee.
Counter checks will not be accepted.
Checks must be sent in US funds.
Right of Ownership
Of course you retain ownership of your site forever.
However, any of the products sold to you by glossyMATTER cannot be shared, redistributed, or resold in any way at any time.
